  • With the Respective Church: Information related to recap delivery and engagement for their specific congregation may be shared with the church that provided the congregant contact information. Sermon content remains the property of the church.

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (e.g., SMS gateway providers, cloud hosting services, payment processors, AI infrastructure providers, analytics services). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure these third parties are obligated to protect your information.

We will retain your personal information (including sermon content and congregant phone numbers as provided by churches) for as long as a church’s account is active, as needed to provide you Services, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Sermon content is generally processed and stored as directed by the church.

a. For Church Administrators:
- Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by contacting us using the contact information provided below.
- Sermon Content: You have control over the sermon content you upload and can typically manage or delete it through your account or by request.
- Congregant Lists: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of congregant lists and ensuring you have appropriate consent for us to send SMS messages on your behalf.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
